With the e-chains® lifetime predictor you can calculate quickly and easily the expected service life of energy chains specifically for your application.

Either select a certain energy chain product, or define the e-chain® by the choice of the energy chain system and series, inner width and bending radius. Depending on the selected e-chain®, you can also choose between the "unsupported" and "gliding" application. Then enter requirements for the e-chain® such as temperature, acceleration, speed, additional load or travel. Based on your input, the life expectancy is calculated and displayed in double strokes and the total running distance in kilometres. At the end, create a result report as a PDF or be directed to the evaluated e-chain® on the igus® website, where you can get more technical information and details on delivery time and price.
